Jakhiya - A tale of Pahaadi Spice
Andrew an European falls in love with Jakhiya (a pahaadi spice from Uttarakhand) when he tastes it. He uses the spice in every cuisine to make it tastier. He feels blessed that he visited Uttarakhand where he found out the divine spice. Everything was going well in his life, then one day he realized the stock of his amazing spice jakhya has finished, which shatters his dream of living a peaceful life eating food cooked with jakhiya.
